- Refundable: 100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before check-in. 0% refund for cancellations made after 7 days before check-in.
- Long-term stay cancellation policy (if applicable): Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
- No refunds: if the client is a no-show and/or if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his or her stay.

When booking on our website, a refundable deposit of €350 is required in cash upon arrival or paid via PayPal. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out upon a satisfactory inspection and using the same payment method.

Escape to this luxurious and spacious two-bedroom townhouse in the tranquil village of Patroves, near Albufeira. Nestled within a private gated complex, this stunning retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a serene getaway.
Decorated and furnished to the highest standards, this townhouse offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, complete with all the amenities you need for a home-away-from-home experience.
The space
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a super-king bed (convertible to twin beds), a luxurious en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, a vanity table, and a cozy armchair. Sliding doors open to a full-length balcony with breathtaking ocean views—a perfect spot to start your day. The second bedroom, equipped with twin beds (convertible to a super-king), also has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. A shower room with a toilet is also conveniently located on this level. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the modern open-plan lounge/dining area, or step out to the private, comfortably furnished terrace for alfresco dining. Savor stunning sunsets over the sea and indulge in late-night wine under the stars.
The private terrace overlooks beautifully manicured grounds, perfect for a peaceful lunch or a relaxing read. A large, sparkling, heated pool, just steps from the terrace, offers a refreshing escape on sunny Algarvian days, with sunbeds and a parasol provided for your comfort.

Explore the vibrant town of Albufeira, with its colorful marina, charming historic Old Town, Fisherman's Beach, restaurants, pubs, and shops—all just a short drive away.

SEF Requirements
All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourist and guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). Upon booking, we will send you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
- A refundable deposit of €350 is required in cash upon arrival or paid via PayPal. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out upon a satisfactory inspection and using the same payment method.
- Discounted longer stays are possible during the low season (November to March). Ask for details.
- Housekeeping is provided under the Portuguese "Clean Safe" quality mark, ensuring all government guidelines are followed to the highest standards.
